We try to go out to dinner once a week and when we do, I eat a 0 point breakfast and/or a 0 point lunch to save up points for my dinner out. Last year on Weight Watchers Freestyle, I did not use my weeklies until Christmas Day. I plan to do the same this year. Theoretically, I like to save them in case there is a time when I don’t have many choices and need to eat what is served or available. Such as dinner at a friend’s house, an unscheduled event, or when we are on the road traveling back up North and there are few choices.
