Since it’s Fall and Winter will be here before you know it, I put together 15 low point Weight Watchers Freestyle recipes for chowders, bisque, chilis and soups. Personally, I eat soup and even chili in the Summer. I find them very filling plus they are great for stretching your points when you have few left in the day. Or, as you will see in the recipes below – quite a few are 0 Points per serving. Can’t beat that.
These are my tried and true recipes that I have made over the last 10 months. And, even better, they are hearty, satisfying and the serving sizes are more than 3/4 cup! I mean who eats a 3/4 cup of soup – not this girl.

And I suggest that you make a big batch of these soups and freeze them in containers to have ready for a quick lunch, dinner or even snack.
Freezing and making extra batches of soups is super quick and easy. And with the upcoming holiday season, it’s best to make meals ahead of time so you are not tempted into ordering out. Coming home to a delicious filling chowder, bisque or chili is very satisfying – not to mention easier on the wallet than going through a drive thru.

Since these soups, chowders, chilis, and bisque are so low in points per serving, how about pairing it with a thick, chunky slice of Squishy Bread? The recipe can be found right here and per slice it is 6 Freestyle Points. Simply replace the sugar with the same amount of granulated Splenda and slice the loaf into 8 pieces. Enjoy!
