This week, Summer will officially be here which means lots of cookouts and get togethers to look forward to. So, this week’s menu will have Weight Watchers recipes that are perfect to use for hosting a party or taking to a get together. I think you will enjoy all the recipes in this fantastic Weight Watchers Freestyle Weekly Meal Plan – Week of 6/17/19 below.
Have you tried this recipe for Bourbon Street Chicken yet? It’s only 2 Freestyle Points. And that’s not for just the chicken – it’s for the entire meal you see in the picture. A lot of you have asked what the side dishes are in the photo. They are simply Mashed Cauliflower and Cheesy Zucchini Medallions.
For the Mashed Cauliflower, simply microwave cauliflower florets until they can be broken with a fork. Mash them and add your favorite seasonings and generous spritzes of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray.
For the Cheesy Zucchini Medallions, just slice zucchini and spray with Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Add salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings. Broil for about 12 minutes. Remove from oven and place up to 1/4 Cup of Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella Shredded Cheese over them and put back in oven for about 1 minute. Delicious!
