Below are the new printable recipes for Weight Watchers Freestyle Week 7 Roundup:
Sheetpan Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Tenderloins (2 Pounds)
2 Each Medium Onion, Red Pepper & Green Pepper, Sliced into Thin Strips
2 Teaspoons Each of Chili Powder and Dried Cumin
1 Can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, Drained
Salt/Pepper to Taste
8 Ole xTreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas
Vegetable Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS:
- On a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray combine tenderloins, tomatoes and vegetables. Spray the top of the chicken and vegetables with cooking spray and add salt/pepper, chili powder and cumin on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until chicken is not pink inside. Halfway through the cooking time, stir chicken and vegetables around.
- Spoon mixture into a warmed tortilla and season with 0 Point toppings.
- This recipe serves 8 and each tortilla is 1 Point. Enjoy!

Syrupy Tangy Brussel Sprouts
5 Slices of Center Cut Bacon, Diced
1 (16oz) Bag of Frozen Brussel Sprouts, Thawed
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Tablespoon + 2 Teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Teaspoons of Granulated Splenda
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
1/8 Teaspoon of Ground Mustard & Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook bacon until crisp in a frying pan. Set aside and let it drain on paper towels.
- In the same pan, saute brussel sprouts and onion until onion is tender and crispy.
- Add in Splenda, Vinegar, salt, pepper and ground mustard.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cover the pan. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes or longer if you want the brussel sprouts more tender. Stir in bacon and serve.
- This makes 4 Servings at 1 Freestyle Point each. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Pork Loin with Root Vegetables
1/2 Pound Carrots , Cut into Chunks
1 Large Onion, Quartered
1 Apple, Cored and Cut into Chunks
2 Tablespoons of Truvia Brown Sugar Blend
2 Teaspoons of Salt
Pepper to Taste
1.5 Teaspoons of Paprika
4 Pound Pork Loin (Boneless)
1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Apple Juice
2 Tablespoons of Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Each of Salt and Yellow Mustard
Vegetable Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Spray the slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray and add the carrots, onion and apple.
- In a bowl combine Truvia, salt, pepper and paprika. Rub mixture over the pork loin and put pork loin on top of vegetables in slow cooker.
- Whisk the remainder of the ingredients well and pour around the pork loin.
- Cover and cook on on LOW for about 3.5 -4.5 hours or until a thermometer reads 145 degrees.
- When done, remove and let the roast sit for about 10 minutes covered with foil (loosely).
- Serve pork with vegetables.
- This recipes makes 6 servings at 8 Freestyle Points per serving. Enjoy!
