Every now and then I crave a good dessert. And not just like a Weight Watchers Fudge Pop, but something more fulfilling.
Below are some fantastically delicious Weight Watchers Freestyle Dessert Recipes that will cure your sweet tooth while keeping you on “point” for weight loss success. Also, I will list my favorite Weight Watchers Freestyle snacky type of desserts that are the most fulfilling while still being low in points.

Weight Watchers Freestyle Dessert Recipes
Watermelon Granita
1 Cup each Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute + Water
8 Cups of Cubed Seedless Watermelon
2 Tablespoons of Sweet Riesling Wine OR White Grape Juice
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the sugar syrup, bring water and Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute to a boil in a saucepan. Stir until Swerve is dissolved. Cool.
- In a blender or food processer, pulse the watermelon cubes, sugar syrup and wine or grape juice in batches until smooth. Transfer to a 8″ square dish and put into the freezer for 1 hour, stirring every 30 minutes, until frozen 2-3 hours longer. Before serving, scrape with a fork.
- Makes about 10 – 1/2 cup servings at 0 Freestyle Points. Enjoy!Â
PRINTABLE

Cranberry Parfait
1 Can of Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1 Cup of Reduced Calorie Cranberry Juice
Package (.3 ounce) of Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin
12 Ounce Can of Fat Free Evaporated Milk, Cold
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Garnish of Fresh Cranberries, Optional
 DIRECTIONS:
- In a saucepan, bring the cranberry sauce, reduced calorie cranberry drink to a boil. Cook and stir until cranberry sauce is melted. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerated just until it’s starting to cogeal (similar to egg whites) stirring occasionally.
- Place a bowl and your mixer beaters in a freezer and chill until they are very cold. Add the milk and vanilla to the cold bowl and beat until soft peaks start to form. Fold in the gelatin mixture and spoon into glasses or bowls. Chill for about 2 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh cranberries, if using.
- This makes about 6 (1 cup) servings at 8 Freestyle Points. Enjoy!
