Package (.3 ounce) of Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin
12 Ounce Can of Fat Free Evaporated Milk, Cold
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Garnish of Fresh Cranberries, Optional
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring the cranberry sauce, reduced calorie cranberry drink to a boil. Cook and stir until cranberry sauce is melted. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerated just until it's starting to cogeal (similar to egg whites) stirring occasionally.
Place a bowl and your mixer beaters in the freezer and chill until they are very cold. Add the milk and vanilla to the cold bowl and beat until soft peaks start to form. Fold in the gelatin mixture and spoon into glasses or bowls. Chill for about 2 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh cranberries, if using.
This makes about 6 (1 cup) servings at 8 Freestyle Points. Enjoy!
