Just for clarification purposes, next to each day’s meal, you will see something similar to this: (2B, 2G, 1P) – this represents the amount of that meal’s SmartPoints as 2 SmartPoints on Blue, 2 SmartPoints on Green, and 1 SmartPoint on Purple.
If you are new to Weight Watchers or are a veteran like myself, this Weight Watchers weekly menu that I have outlined below will keep you full and your tastebuds happy. If there is something on the menu you don’t like, just switch it out for something else or swap something from the tons of other Weight Watchers menus I have on this blog. Each day’s menu has 3 snacks too!

Listed below are the evening snacks I will be eating this week.
Every week, I try to make it a point to carry over 4 points daily in case later in the week, I am in a position where my food choices are limited. I like to keep a buffer zone for points.
Monday: Apple with 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (6 Points)
Tuesday: Cantaloupe with Cottage Cheese (Nonfat) (4 Points)
Wednesday:4 Strawberry Twizzlers (7 Points)
Thursday: Smartfood Cheddar Delight PopCorn (4 Points)
Friday: 2 Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding (4 Points), 13 Lily’s Chocolate Chips (0 Points)
Saturday: Veggie Straws (4 Points)
Sunday: Smartfood Cheddar Delight PopCorn (4 Points)
Listed below will be my breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks for the Weight Watchers Weekly Menu – February 10, 2020-February 16, 2020.
Monday
Breakfast: 1 cup of Cream of Wheat (3B, 3G, 3P), 1/4 cup of Skim Milk with Banana (1B, 1G, 1P)
Snack: Premier Protein Vanilla Shake* (2B, 2G, 2P)
Lunch:Strawberry Spinach Salad with 2 Tablespoons of Olive Garden Light Dressing(1B, 1G, 1P), 1/4 Cup of Athenos Fat Free Feta Cheese (0 Points)
Snack: Sugar Free Chai Tea* made with 1 cup of Skim Milk (3B, 3G, 3P)
Dinner:Lean Ham Steak (4B, 4G, 4P), Unsweetened Applesauce with Splenda and Cinnamon (0 Points), Corn on Cob (0B, 3G, 0P)
