Just for clarification purposes, next to each day’s meal, you will see something similar to this: (2B, 2G, 1P) – this represents the amount of that meal’s SmartPoints as 2 SmartPoints on Blue, 2 SmartPoints on Green, and 1 SmartPoint on Purple.
If you are new to Weight Watchers or are a veteran like myself, this Weight Watchers weekly menu that I have outlined below will keep you full and your tastebuds happy. If there is something on the menu you don’t like, just switch it out for something else or swap something from the tons of other Weight Watchers menus I have on this blog. Each day’s menu has 3 snacks too!

Listed below are the evening snacks I will be eating this week.
Every week, I try to make it a point to carry over 4 points daily in case later in the week, I am in a position where my food choices are limited. I like to keep a buffer zone for points.
Monday:16 Tostitos Baked Scoops with Salsa Verde (4B, 4G 4P)
Tuesday: 3 Ounces of 75% Fat Free Cabot Cheese with 49 Savoritz Oyster Crackers (6B, 6G, 6P)
Wednesday:Apple Dipped in 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (6B, 6G, 6P)
Thursday: Emerald 100 Calorie Almond Bag (3B, 3G, 3P)
Friday: Weight Watchers Giant Fudge Bar (4B, 4G, 4P)
Saturday: Banana “Ice Cream” (0 Points on all Plans) – Frozen Bananas pureed in food processor with a droplet of skim milk
Sunday: Apple Dipped in 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter (6B, 6G, 6P)

I tried your Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder today and absolutely loved it! My husband refuses to move to any of the new points for his weight watchers journey, he still uses the original tried and true points. Do you have the nutritional information for this or any of the other recipes in your weekly meal plans that I would be able to figure those out for him or is one of the new programs similar in points to the original? I absolutely love the ease of your recipes and meal plans and they all taste delicious! Thank you!
