1 Pound of Strawberries, Hulled & Sliced
2 1/2 Cups of Skim Milk
1/2 Cup of Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt

- Combine everything into a blender and process until smooth.

Sparkling Melon Lemonade
1 Cup of Granulated Splenda
1 Cup of Cold Water
2 Cups each of Seedless Cubed Watermelon and Cubed Cantaloupe
1 Cup of Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
6 Cups of Club Soda
Lemon Slices
DIRECTIONS:
- In a saucepan, combine Splenda and cup of water together and mix well.
- Bring to a boil and mix well until Splenda is well dissolved. Let cool. Then chill until very cold about 3 hours.
- In a food processor or blender, process watermelon and cantaloupe until smooth.
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer and press on any solids to remove more juice. Discard solids.
- Stir chilled syrup, watermelon/cantaloupe juice and lemon juice in a large pitcher and chill until ready to serve
- Right before serving, add club soda to chilled juice mixture.
- Serve over ice and additional lemon slices. Makes about 8-10 servings at 0 Points on the Blue, Green & Purple Plans.
- It is best to make this the day before you are going to serve it so it’s nice and chilled.

Southern Peach Iced Tea
Peach Syrup:
1 Cup Each of Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute* + Cold Water
3-4 Fresh Peaches, Sliced (+ extra if using slices as a garnish)
Tea Recipe:
4 Tea Bags
6 Cups of Water
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the peach syrup: place water, Swerve and sliced peaches in a saucepan over high heat. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium. Start breaking up the peach slices while stirring to dissolve the Swerve.
- Turn off the heat, and cover for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, use a sieve and strain the syrup removing the peaches. Add to a bowl.
- In another saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Turn heat off and add in the 4 tea bags for about 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and let tea sit for about 1 hour. Add in peach syrup, stir together to blend and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- When serving, pour over ice cubes and additional peach slices, if using.
- This makes about 6 cups of tea at 0 SmartPoints on the BLue, Green & Purple Plans. Enjoy!

1 3/4 Cup of Skim Milk, Divided
1/2 Cup of Canned Pumpkin (not pie filling)
3 Tablespoons of Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin PIe Spice
1/2 Teaspoon Each of Ground Cinnamon & Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Cup of Strong Brewed Coffee (Preferrably a Dark Roast)
Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
Reddi Wip Fat Free (2 Tablespoons per latte)
Additional Ground Cinnamon for Sprinkling (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine 1/2 cup of milk, pumpkin, brown sugar substitute, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger and salt in a medium saucepan. Whisk together until well blended. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, while whisking frequently. Remove from the heat and whisk in the coffee & vanilla. Pour into a bowl or a large cup that you will be using.
- Bring the remaining milk to a simmer in another saucepan over medium high heat. Using a milk frother, whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds. Whisk this mixture into your coffee mixture until blended. Add 2 Tablespoons of Fat Free Reddi Wip and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of each latte.
