Below, I am sharing with you his ultimate Keto dessert recipe for Sweet Ricotta Strawberry Parfaits. Also, if you are more of a chocolate lover, here’s another Keto friendly dessert.
Also, feel free to switch the strawberries out for raspberries, blueberries, or other Keto friendly fruits.
Lastly, this recipe per parfait is only 7 Net Carbs for 1 tall Parfait. So, indulge without guilt.

Ultimate Keto Dessert Recipe for Sweet Ricotta Strawberry Parfaits
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pound of Fresh Ripe Strawberries, Hulled anUltimate Keto Dessert Recipe Sweet Ricotta Strawberry Parfaitsd Sliced or Quartered
2 Teaspoons of Swerve Granulated Sweetener Alternative*
15 oz Carton of Whole Milk Ricotta
3 Tablespoons of Nature’s Hollow Honey Substitute*
1/2 Teaspoon Each of Vanilla Extract + Lemon Zest
DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries and Swerve. Let it stand for about 20 minutes or longer (until berries have softened and they are getting juicy).Â
- In a medium bowl, beat all the remaining ingredients with a mixer for about 2 minutes.
- To assemble in parfait glasses, place 2 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture into the bottom of 6 parfait glasses. Top with a large spoonful of the strawberry mixture. Repeat layers. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
- This makes 6 parfaits. Nutritional Information per parfait: 7 Net Carbs, 16 Total Carbs, 2 Grams of Fiber, 9 Grams of Fat, 8 Grams of Protein and 161 Calories. Enjoy!
