Ultimate Keto Lovers Dark Chocolate Packed Brownies
7 Ounces of Hershey’s Unsweetened 100% Cacao Special Dark ChocolateÂ
3/4 Cup of Grass Fed Butter
1/4 Cup of Water
1 Cup of Swerve Granulated Ultimate Sugar Replacement*
3/4 Cup Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement*
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 1/3 Cups of Almond Flour*
1/8 Teaspoon Each of Salt + Ground Cinnamon
Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Replacement *for dusting
Vegetable Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2″ baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate, butter and water. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Transfer to a large bowl.
- Add Swerve Ultimate Sugar Replacement and Brown Sugar replacement to chocolate mixture. Beat with an electric mixer on low to medium speed until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt and cinnamon. Beat on low speed and spread batter in pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Cut into 12 bars and sprinkle Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar using a sieve on top of brownies.
