I cannot believe I haven’t experimented sooner with fat free Greek yogurt. This is a game changer for me on Weight Watchers Freestyle.
I am the first to admit that I do not like fat free Greek yogurt (plain) on its own. No way, no how. The only way I use it plain is (1) in place of fat free sour cream because it’s 0 points and (2) in baking mixed with spices such as this recipe. (Mile High Mexican Lasagna)
The first step to making these recipes is turning the yogurt into cheese. You can easily do this by using this method – I chose this easier method using this simple convenient tool.
Below are the best recipes ever for using 0 Point fat free Greek yogurt on Weight Watchers Freestyle that I love. I hope you enjoy them too.
Thick & Spicy Cucumber Cheese Spread
1 Cucumber, Peeled and Seeded
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic or 2 Teaspoons of Jarred Minced Garlic
1.5 Teaspoons of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1.5 Cups of Yogurt Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Dried Parsley
3 Shakes of Tabasco Sauce (more or less according to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
- Make yogurt cheese according to the directions above or by using the simple tool highlighted above.
- Slice cucumber into tiny cubes or use the Vidalia Chop Wizard.
- Season cucumber with salt.
- Combine all remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes so flavors blend well.
- This entire bowl is 0 Points on the Blue and Purple Plans and the entire bowl is 6 on the Green Plan. Enjoy!
PRINTABLE

 Squirt of Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon of Himalyan Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Granulated Splenda or Equivalent Brand
Cracked Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Entire amount is 0 SmartPoints on the Blue & Purple Plans and 1 on the Green Plan.
PRINTABLE
- ⅓ Cup of Yogurt Cheese
- 2 Teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

This is the blend of ingredients that tasted the most like Miracle Whip to me. However, you might like more vinegar/less vinegar etc. Play with it and adjust to your own tastebuds. I find this recipe very similar to Miracle Whip.
If you aren’t a fan of Miracle Whip, you can use this recipe for Creamy Dreamy Hummus. This is also 0 Freestyle Points and is very delicious and a great substitute for mayonnaise.
Herbed Yogurt Dressing
1/2 Cup of Yogurt Cheese
2-4 Tablespoons of Fat Free Half & Half (Optional)
1/4 Cup of Chopped Fresh Cilantro or 1 Teaspoon Dried
1/4 Cup of Finely Diced Red Onion
1.5 Teaspoons of Lime Zest
1/4 Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
3 Tablespoons of White Wine Vinegar
Salt/Pepper To Taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients except fat free half and half.
- If this dressing is not too thick for your taste, you don’t need to add any fat free half and half. If you like a thinner dressing, then add up to 4 Tablespoons of Fat Free Half and Half. Adding all 4 Tablespoons will make all this dressing just 1 SmartPoints on the Blue & Purple Plans and 2 SmartPoints on the Green Plan. Using none of the half and half will keep this delicious dressing at 0 SmartPoints on the Blue and Purple Plans and 1 SmartPoint on the Green Plan.
