Thick & Spicy Cucumber Cheese Spread

Here is a 0 Freestyle Point dip, spread or cream cheese blend that is simply delicious. Serve with bell pepper halves for a complete 0 Point Freestyle snack anytime.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cucumber, Peeled and Seeded
  • 2 Cloves of Minced Garlic or 2 Teaspoons of Jarred Minced Garlic
  • 1.5 Teaspoons of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1.5 Cups of Yogurt Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dried Parsley
  • 3 Shakes of Tabasco Sauce (more or less according to taste)
Instructions
  1. Make yogurt cheese according to the directions outlined in the post above or by using the simple tool highlighted above.
  2. Slice cucumber into tiny cubes or use the Vidalia Chop Wizard.
  3. Season cucumber with salt.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes so flavors blend well.
  6. This entire bowl is 0 Points on the Blue and Purple Plans and the entire bowl is 6 on the Green Plan. Enjoy!
