Herbed Yogurt Dressing

  • ½ Cup of Yogurt Cheese
  • 2-4 Tablespoons of Fat Free Half & Half (Optional)
  • ¼ Cup of Chopped Fresh Cilantro or 1 Teaspoon Dried
  • ¼ Cup of Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 1.5 Teaspoons of Lime Zest
  • ¼ Cup of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons of White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt/Pepper To Taste
  1. Combine all ingredients except fat free half and half.
  2. If this dressing is not too thick for your taste, you don't need to add any fat free half and half. If you like a thinner dressing, then add up to 4 Tablespoons of Fat Free Half and Half. Adding all 4 Tablespoons will make all this dressing just 2 Freestyle Points. Using none of the half and half will keep this delicious dressing at 0 Freestyle Points.
