Weight Watchers Freestyle Gooey & Cheesy Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole
Large Head of Cauliflower, Broken into Florets
Bunch of Broccoli, Broken in Florets
1.5 Cups of Fat Free Sour Cream
2 1/4 Cups of Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1/3 Cup of Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large sauce pot add 2 cups of water. Add in cauliflower and broccoli florets. Add in a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Drain.
- In a large bowl, add fat free sour cream, cheeses, salt/pepper to taste and stir to combine. Add in broccoli & cauliflower. Stir to coat well.
- Spray a 13 x 9 dish or large baking dish with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray. Spoon broccoli & cauilfower mixture into baking dish and place in a 350 degree preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
- This makes 6-8 servings at 3 SmartPoints per serving if you are serving 6. For 8 servings, it is only 2 SmartPoints per serving on Freestyle. Enjoy!
