Weight Watchers Freestyle Diet Plan Menu + Free Grocery List

I hope you all enjoyed last week’s new feature of the downloadable shopping list. Below you will find another Weight Watchers Freestyle Diet Plan Menu + Free Grocery List for the week of 4/9/18.

Evening Snacks for Week 14 – 4/2/18

Listed below are the evening snacks I ate on Week 14.  Every week, I try to make it a point to carry over 4 points daily in case later in the week, I am in a position where my food choices are limited.

Monday: (6) Pizzelles (From Aldi) (5 Points)

Tuesday:  (10) Mini Swedish Fish (4 Points)

Wednesday: (6) Pizzelles (From Aldi) (5 Points)

Thursday: (2) Snack Pack Nonfat Sugar Free Pudding (5 Points)

Friday: Air Popped Pop Corn (2 Points)

Saturday:  Banana “Ice Cream” (0 Points) – Frozen Bananas pureed in food processor with a droplet of skim milk

Sunday:   Banana “Ice Cream” (0 Points) 

To this point,  I still have not broke into my weekly points allowance at all. Each week, I am going to keep my nighttime snack category open to use up some of my points.

Weight Watchers Freestyle Diet Plan Menu Week 4/9/18

Monday

Breakfast: 1 cup of Cream of Wheat, 1/4 cup of Skim Milk with Banana (4 Points)

Snack: 2 Oranges (0 Points)

Lunch: Hillshire Farms Slow Roasted Turkey Breast (6 slices-0 Points) on Sara Lee Soft White Wheat Made with Whole Grain (4 Points) Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard (0 Points), Celery Sticks with 0 Point Hummus (0 Points)

Snack: Banana, Grapes (0 Points)

Dinner:  0 Point Laden Mushroom Salisbury “Steak” (RECIPE BELOW), Mashed Cauliflower (0 Points) Peas (0 Points) 

Snack: [Open]

Tuesday

Breakfast: 3 Soft Boiled Eggs (0 Points) with Mini Bagel with Spray Butter (3 Points)

Snack: 1 cup of Nonfat Cottage Cheese with Pineapple (3 Points)

Lunch: Same as yesterday (4 Points)

Snack: 1 Orange, 1 Banana (0 Points)

Dinner:  Black Bean and Pineapple Quesadillas (Used (4) Ole Extreme Wellness Spinach (4 Points), Salsa Verde (0 Points), 1/2 cup of Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese (1 Point), 2 ounces of nonfat Sour Cream (2 Points), Tabasco Sauce, Jalapenos) RECIPE ADJUSTMENT: Used Ole Extreme Wellness Tortillas in place of flour tortillas, added one can of Pineapple Tidbits in water (0 Points), omitted the Colby Cheese and used Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese and used nonfat Sour Cream in place of regular Sour Cream).

Wednesday

Breakfast: 3 Scrambled Eggs with 2 slices of Borden Fat Free Cheese (1 Point), 1 Banana (0 Points)

Snack: 3 Graham Crackers (3 Points)

Lunch: BLT – Made with 4 Slices of Turkey Bacon (3 Points), 1 Tablespoon of Light Mayonnaise (1 Point), Lettuce, Tomato, Sara Lee Bread (4 Points), Dollar Tree Brand Vegetable Straws (4 Points)

Snack: Turkey and Borden Fat Free Cheese Rollups using Hillshire Farms Slow Roast Turkey (1 Point)

Dinner:  Lean Ham Steak (4 Points), Unsweetened Applesauce with Splenda and Cinnamon (0 Points), Corn on Cob (0 Points)

Breakfast: 1 cup of Special K Red Berries (4 Points), 1/2 cup of Skim Milk (3 Points), 1 Banana (0 Points)

Lunch:Southwestern Chicken Corn Chowder: 2 Cups (Under 1 Point!) RECIPE ADUSTMENT: Omit Canola Oil and use Vegetable Spray. If you use cheese on top of soup, omit Monterey Jack Cheese and substitute with Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese. If you do use Kraft Fat Free, up to 1/4 cup is 0 Points). Entire pot of Chowder is just 2 POINTS!

Snack: Nabisco 100 Calorie Cookie Crisps – Lorna Doone (4 Points)

Dinner: Ground Turkey Breast sauteed in Vegetable Spray with Onions, Mushrooms, Worcestershire (0 Points), 1 Cooked Orzo added to Turkey Breast mixture) (5 Points), Frozen Asparagus Spears (Roasted) (0 Points)

Snack: [Open]

Friday

Breakfast:  3 Sunny Side Up Eggs (0 Points),  Mini Bagel with Butter Spray (3 Points)

Snack: Grapes (0 Points)

Lunch:  Egg Salad – Made with 0 Point Hummus (instead of Mayonnaise) on Ole Extreme Wellness Spinach Wrap (1 Point) with Lettuce, Onion, Celery, Jalapeno and Tomato, 3 Graham Crackers with Sugar Free Raspberry Fruit Spread (3 Points)

Snack: Nabisco 1 Calorie Lorna Doone Crisps (4 Points)

Dinner: Garlic Lime Chicken (0 Points), Corn on Cob (0 Points), Baked Potato with Nonfat Sour Cream (6 Points)

Breakfast: (3) Egg Omelette with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms (0 Points), 1 Banana (0 Points)

Snack:  Nabisco 100 Calorie Cookie Crisps – Lorna Doone (4 Points)

Lunch: Soup from Thursday (1 Point), Mini Bagel (3 Points)

Snack: Grapes (o Points)

Dinner:  Appetizers for Dinner: 2 Joseph’s Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread (5 Points) made into Tortilla Chips. Slice the Lavash Bread into triangles with a pizza cutter. Line a baking pan with Parchment Paper or Foil and place triangles on paper/foil. Spray Lavash Bread liberally with Vegetable Spray. Add whatever herbs/spices you like on top of triangles I use Garlic Salt, Dried Cilantro and Cayenne Pepper. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. Keep checking until they are hard but not burnt. Delicious!

Texas Caviar (2 Points), Lime Marinated Shrimp Salad (0 Points – I will not use Tostada Shells at all)

Breakfast: Mini Bagel with Spray Butter (3 Points)

Snack: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (0 Points)

Lunch: Leftovers from Saturday Dinner (About 3 Points)

Snack: Orange, Grapes (0 Points)

Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner: Huge Denver Omelette (4 Points) Eggs, Red & Green Peppers, Onions, Canadian Bacon and Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese with 2 ounces of Reduced Sugar Ketchup, 1 Mini Bagel (3), Turkey Bacon (3 Points)

Printable Weight Watchers Freestyle Recipe for Mushroom Laden Salisbury “Steak”

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds of Ground Turkey Breast
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Small Chopped Red Onion
  • ⅛ Cup of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Each of Garlic Powder + Dried Parsley
  • Ground Pepper to taste
  • Gravy:
  • 1-2 Jars Heinz Fat Free Beef Gravy (12 oz or larger)
  • 1½ Tablespoons of Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  • 1 Pound of Mushrooms, Sliced
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together omitting the gravy ingredients. Form meat mixture into oval patties - keeping the patties all the same size.
  2. Place patties into a 13 x 9 dish or cast iron pan that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray over high heat. When hot add sliced mushrooms and saute. If they start to stick, add a few droplets of water to keep from sticking.
  4. When the mushrooms begin to soften and brown, reduce heat and add the gravy and ketchup.
  5. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  6. Cook for 1 minute and pour gravy mixture over patties in pan.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 50-60 minutes.
  8. Enjoy without guilt.

I find your menus very helpful because I can just use that as a base and just switch a couple of things out to fit my likes. I really enjoy your blog and find it very helpful.
