Weight Watchers Freestyle Sauteed Sesame Shrimp and Vegetables
1 Each Red, Yellow & Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 Bag Each of Frozen Snow Peas & Sugar Snap Peas
Cup of Frozen Sweet Peas
3 Green Onions, White Part Only, Sliced
1.5 Pounds of Large Shrimp, Peeled & Deveined
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
3 Tablespoons Each of Soy Sauce & White Wine
1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Vegetable Cooking Spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Spray a wok or large saute pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- When pan is very hot, add in olive oil. Reduce heat to medium and add in sliced peppers, frozen snow peas, white part of green onions, peas and sugar snap peas. Saute until softened – about 5 minutes.
- Add in shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Add in sesame seeds, soy sauce and white wine. Stir to combine and serve.
- This makes 4 servings and is only 2 Freestyle Points per serving. Enjoy!
