$19/Per Person From The Pantry Budget Friendly Weight Watchers Meal Plan

It seems many of you enjoyed the $25/Per Person From the Pantry Budget Friendly Weight Watchers Meal Plan from last week as well as the $18.76/Per Person Budget Friendly WW Meal Plan from the week before last which shows the cost of each meal as well as the total cost value of all the daily meals per person.  Below you will find this week’s $19/Per Person From the Pantry Budget Friendly Weight Watchers Meal Plan. This week’s menu includes the SmartPoints for all the Weight Watchers Plans and the cost of preparing each Weight Watchers meal. On the other hand, if you have an extremely well stocked pantry and freezer, there are years of other Weight Watchers Meal Plans with a wide range of recipes right here.

$Per Person From the Pantry Budget Friendly Weight Watchers Meal Plan (5/4/20-5/10/20)

Snacks and desserts can be: fruit, hard boiled eggs, cut vegetables with fat free yogurt dip (just add a mixture of your favorite herbs, spices, dry soup mixes to make a dip), etc. Cost per serving is calculated according to Walmart’s Food Prices.

Monday:

Breakfast:  Eggs in Purgatory (0B, 4G, 0P) $.74/Serving

Lunch: Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup (0B, 4G, 0P) $.90/Serving

Dinner: 4 Ounces of Dry Whole Grain/Whole Wheat Pasta with 1/3 Cup of Tomato Puree (11B, 11G, 0P) (1 Serving) $.45/Serving

Total SmartPoints for Monday:

11 SmartPoints on the Blue Plan

15 SmartPoints on the Green Plan

0 SmartPoints on the Purple Plan

Total Cost for Food Per Person for Monday:  $2.09

Tuesday:

Breakfast: Instant Pot Cheesy Potato Frittata (3B, 7G, 2P) $.98/Serving

Lunch: Same as yesterday (0B, 4G, 0P) $.90/Serving

Dinner: Creamy Sweet Onion Pie (6B, 7G, 6P) $1.12/Serving

Lunch: Can of Tuna in Water (0B, 2G, 0P) mixed with Mustard (0 Points) or 2 Tablespoons of Light Mayonnaise (3B, 3G, 3P) on Nature’s Own ButterBread (3B, 3G, 3P) $1.07/Serving

Dinner: .Easy Pantry Chicken Dinner (2B, 6G, 1P) $1.25/Serving

8 SmartPoints on the Blue Plan

18 SmartPoints on the Green Plan

Thursday

Dinner: 4 Ounces of Uncooked Whole Grain/Whole Wheat Rotini with 1/3 Cup of Tomato Puree (11B, 11G, 0P) – 1 Serving $.45/Serving

14 SmartPoints on the Blue Plan

22 SmartPoints on the Green Plan

3 SmartPoint on the Purple Plan

Total Cost for Food Per Person for Friday:  $2.64

Saturday

Breakfast: Sunnyside Eggs in a Hole (0B, 4G, 0P) $.44/Serving

Lunch: Black Bean and Corn Salad (0B, 7G, 0P): $1.00/Serving  If you want to add canned tuna (in water) add a can for 0 SmartPoints on the Blue & Purple Plans.  You can also add in white meat chicken (canned or cooked) for 0 SmartPoints too. Adding in the tuna or chicken is not reflected in the cost per serving.

Dinner: Grilled Cheese:  2 Slices of Borden Fat Free Sharp Cheese on 2 Slices of Nature’s Own ButterBread (4B, 4G, 4P) $.70/Serving and Black Bean and Corn Salad (0B, 7G, 0P): $1.00/Serving
