How This Bake Comes Together
The base of this recipe is seasoned lean ground beef cooked until crumbly and flavorful. Instead of layering everything thick and heavy, the ingredients are spread evenly so each square gets beef, cheese, and tortilla in every bite.
The tortillas bake up lightly crisped on top while staying soft inside. Once the bake comes out of the oven, that’s when the fresh toppings go on — lettuce, tomatoes, and a simple Greek yogurt sauce that replaces sour cream without sacrificing creaminess.

Healthy Crunchwrap Supreme Bake (Sheet-Pan Dinner)
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs 96% Ground Beef
- 6 Mission Carb Balance Burrito Tortillas I use the 10" tortillas
- 2 Cups Fat Free Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1-2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbl Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Each Onion and Garlic Powder
- Salt/Pepper to Taste
- Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil spray.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly. Season with taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain any excess moisture if needed.
- Lay three tortillas on the prepared sheet pan, slightly overlapping to create a base. Evenly spread the seasoned ground beef over the tortillas. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the beef. Place the remaining tortillas on top, lining them up as best you can to cover the filling. Lightly spray the tops of the tortillas with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top tortillas are lightly golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into four large squares. Top each portion with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a spoonful or drizzle of Greek yogurt.
- This makes 4 servings. Each serving is 5 WW Points. Enjoy!
