This week we spent $0 on our weekly menu. Yes! This past week I skipped grocery shopping since there wasn’t any really good deals out there. Since we have so much in our freezer still, we will be eating what we have from our freezer and pantry this week. Read below for our weekly menu for the week of October 2, 2017.

Believe it or not, even with using a lot of my previously frozen meats this week, we still have so much in the freezer. The weeks when sales are not so great, and one store has a great deal on meat, I stock up. Like really stock up. Also, try to keep a running list of what is in your freezer so you know what you have in there before shopping.
