Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Adobo Sauce (from Canned Chipotles)
Dried Dill Weed

- 4 Ounces Light or Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 Cup Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 8 Ounces Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 Ounces Reduced Fat Monterey Jack Cheese OR Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Ounces Jarred Diced Pimento, Drained
Instructions
- In a mixer with a paddle attachment, combine light cream cheese, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, adobo sauce, dill weed and pepper. Add in shredded cheeses and pimento.
- Mix well and scrape down sides of mixer bowl with a rubber spatula. Taste to see if you need to add a bit more adobo sauce, mustard or seasonings. Adding a minimal amount will not change the points value. Put in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- This makes about 12 Servings at 4 Points on the WW (Weight Watchers) Plan. To keep the points value at 4 Points, serve with celery sticks, mini peppers and carrot sticks. Otherwise, serve with crackers, crostini or on a grilled cheese.
