Golden Pumpkin Dinner Rolls
Oh my word! If you are hosting dinner this year at the holidays, make these delicious Golden Pumpkin Dinner Rolls. You probably have all the ingredients in your cupboards already to make these. I mix the dough in my bread machine and roll the dough into balls. I place them in a 13×9 pan to rise and into the oven they go. Even though the recipe calls for them to be in the oven for 20 minutes, I keep them in for about 15 minutes. I personally do not add the melted butter at this time. When they are cool, I wrap them in Glad Press ‘n Seal individually and put them into a freezer bag. The night before I’m serving dinner, I let them defrost in the fridge. Before serving, I reheat them quickly in the oven and then brush with melted butter when they are done.
Another hint for you is if you want to, you can make the rolls bigger. To do this, let the dough rise in a cake pan. Make about 8 round balls and let rise. Bake them and store them the same way. After Thanksgiving, serve your turkey with gravy on Pumpkin Rolls. Delicious!

Buttery Sourdough Buns
Another delicious bread to serve at your holiday table. If you like Sourdough bread (who doesn’t?), you will love these buns. Again, I let my bread machine do the work and mix and knead the dough. Same as with the Golden Pumpkin Rolls above, I cut the baking time down to 15 minutes, omit the butter on the top, wrap them in plastic wrap and then freeze. When I defrost them and reheat, I then put the melted butter on the top. Your guests will love these.

Amish Dinner Rolls
These rolls are awesome anytime, not just the holidays. Simple to make by letting your bread machine do the hard work of dough mixing and kneading. They are slightly sweet and so fluffy. The one thing I do to save time is use 1 cup of instant mashed potatoes (made) instead of using a potato. But it’s up to you, if you have the time do it the way the recipe says. They are delicious either way!
No holiday would be complete without giving you my recipe for Squishy Bread. It is delicious any time, not just the holidays, that’s for sure!
