For the Pudding
- 2 .9 oz Packages of Jell-O Zero Sugar Banana Cream Pudding (NO COOK)
- 4 Cup 1% Milk

For the Meringue
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1/2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Jell-O pudding mixes according to the package instructions, using the 4 cups of 1% milk. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for the specified time until it thickens.
Assembly
- In the 2-quart baking dish, begin by placing a layer of Nilla Wafers on the bottom. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the wafers. Spoon a layer of the prepared banana pudding mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly. Repeat the layering process: add another layer of Nilla Wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, and then a layer of pudding. Continue alternating layers until you've used up all the pudding mixture, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
