One of my all time favorite meals to order when going out to dinner is Jambalaya. And that’s if it’s on the menu. So I knew I had to find a way to make this one pot wonder at home and quickly.  It took a bit of tweaking here and there but now I can make this quick and healthy Instant Pot Jambalaya recipe anytime.

Also, if you are following Weight Watchers, like myself, it’s super low in SmartPoints too.

Jambalaya is a full homestyle type of meal made in 1 pot or pan.  It’s full of delicious spicy flavors including fish, meat, rice and vegetables.

If spicy foods aren’t one of your favorite things to eat, you can simply lessen or omit the spice amounts and omit the Tabasco Sauce completely.

THIS POST CONTAINS AMAZON AFFILIATE LINKS WHICH MEANS IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING USING THE LINKS BELOW, I WILL RECEIVE A VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE SALE FOR RECOMMENDING THE PRODUCT TO YOU. THIS IS ALL AT NO COST TO YOU. THANK YOU IF YOU DO PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM AMAZON THAT WAS USED IN MAKING THESE RECIPES.
