Welcome to Dee Dee Does!
I’m DeeDee, an accomplished food blogger and the owner of DeeDeeDoes.com. I’m a self-motivated and goal-oriented woman who loves experimenting with different ingredients in the kitchen. I initially decided to start my blog while feeling inspired to help people lose excess weight and get into the best shape of their lives.
I’ve always loved testing out new recipes and preparing tasty meals in the kitchen, but I knew that I wanted to eat healthier to reach my weight loss goals. So, my passion for making meals that contain fresh and flavorful ingredients that are good for the body comes from wanting to change my eating habits for the better while losing unwanted weight.
My recipes are perfect for those looking to shed pounds while continuing to enjoy the taste of delicious homemade food. Who says you can’t lose weight while eating some of your favorite meals? I’ve mastered the art of using alternative ingredients and specific substitutes to transform even the most indulgent meals into Weight Watchers-friendly options that taste amazing. Although anyone can benefit from following my recipes, the meals I’ve created are perfect for people on Weight Watchers who are currently following the points system.
As a food blogger, I spend most of my time developing weekly meal plans to make life easier for those who don’t know what to eat or how much to eat when they want to lose weight. I’ve become an expert at transforming traditional recipes into mouth-watering options that allow you to eat mouthwatering meals without the guilt. I’m known for making healthier versions of recipes from Pioneer Woman, Paula Deen, Magnolia Table, and Rachael Ray, ultimately preparing foods that are safe to eat when you’re dieting and attempting to live a much healthier life.
While following Weight Watchers and consuming the recipes I’ve created, I’ve managed to lose over 75 pounds and consider myself a definite success story. However, I’m still on my weight loss journey and know that I can reach my goals without living off of salad or exercising day and night. As someone who isn’t a fan of exercise, I want people to know that I’ve lost this weight mainly by eating the right foods and not through working out and going to the gym. Because of the success that I’ve had with changing my eating habits, I look forward to helping others achieve their dietary goals.
My inventive recipes are perfect to use with the new Personal Points system offered by Weight Watchers, allowing individuals to live life to the fullest by enjoying flavorful food and shedding unwanted weight simultaneously. After you join Weight Watchers and do your assessment, you can learn how to eat what you like in moderation and continue to have success on your weight loss journey, much like I’ve had over the years.
When it comes to dieting and losing weight, people often assume they need to consume nothing but salads and raw vegetables to make significant progress, but I’m here to say that isn’t true. Just take a look at all the recipes! Instead, the flavorful healthy and low-carb recipes that I’ve created and regularly share on my blog will allow you to feel like you’re having a cheat day, even when you’re staying on track and making significant progress! I’m rooting for you.
