Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the shredded chicken, black beans, and salsa.
Spread the corn chips evenly over the top, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro, sliced jalapeños, and a dollop of sour cream if desired. Serve warm and enjoy the zesty flavors!
