1CupCooked Shredded Turkey Breast
3OuncesBrie Cheese, Sliced
2TblCranberry Sauce
Handful of Spinach Leaves

Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla on the skillet, and evenly spread shredded turkey, brie slices, cranberry sauce, and spinach on top.
Cover with the second tortilla and cook for 3-4 minutes, pressing gently, until the bottom tortilla is golden and the cheese begins to melt.
Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, slice into quarters, and serve warm with additional cranberry sauce for dipping if desired.
