Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 3 Ounces Brie Cheese, Sliced
  • 2 Tbl Cranberry Sauce
  • Handful of Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Mission Carb Balance Tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla on the skillet, and evenly spread shredded turkey, brie slices, cranberry sauce, and spinach on top.
  • Cover with the second tortilla and cook for 3-4 minutes, pressing gently, until the bottom tortilla is golden and the cheese begins to melt.
  • Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, slice into quarters, and serve warm with additional cranberry sauce for dipping if desired.
