Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Skinless Cooked Turkey Breast
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 4 Tbl Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tbl Honey
  • 1 Large Cucumber, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Cabbage
  • 4 Green Onions, Diced
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Tbl Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce until combined. Toss the shredded turkey in the Sriracha honey mixture until evenly coated. Divide the cooked rice among 4 bowls.
  • Top each bowl with Sriracha honey turkey, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and red cabbage. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve with additional Sriracha honey sauce if desired.
