8Bibb or Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1/4CupShredded Carrots
1/4of aCucumber, Julienned
Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
2TblCrushed Peanuts, Garnish
2TblPeanut Butter
1TblSoy Sauce
1TblLime Juice
1TspSriracha
1/4TspGarlic Powder
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, Sriracha, and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
