Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 8 Bibb or Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1/4 of a Cucumber, Julienned
  • Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 2 Tbl Crushed Peanuts, Garnish
  • 2 Tbl Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbl Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbl Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Sriracha
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, Sriracha, and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
  • Prepare the lettuce wraps by placing lettuce leaves on a platter. Fill each lettuce leaf with shredded turkey, carrots, and cucumber.
  • Drizzle the peanut sauce over the wraps and garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts. Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, spicy flavors!
