Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 4 Cups Romaine or Mixed Lettuce
  • 1 15 oz Can of Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  • 2 Large Tomatoes, Halved and Quartered
  • 1 Large Avocado, Diced
  • 1 Lime, Juiced and Zested
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • Fresh Cilantro, for Garnish
  • 2 Tsp Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest to make the lime crema. Set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, shredded turkey, black beans, tomatoes, and avocado.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over the salad and toss gently to coat. Drizzle with lime crema and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
