4CupsRomaine or Mixed Lettuce
115 ozCan of Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
2LargeTomatoes, Halved and Quartered
1LargeAvocado, Diced
1Lime, Juiced and Zested
1/2CupFat Free Sour Cream
Fresh Cilantro, for Garnish
2TspTaco Seasoning
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, lime juice, and lime zest to make the lime crema. Set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, shredded turkey, black beans, tomatoes, and avocado.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the salad and toss gently to coat. Drizzle with lime crema and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
