Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a standard loaf pan with non-stick spray or butter.
Prepare Dough: Separate each Pillsbury Grands biscuit into two thinner rounds, giving you 16 rounds in total.
Make Pumpkin Filling: In a bowl, mix ¾ cup pumpkin puree, ¼ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon nutmeg.
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with ¼ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
