Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 12 Large Mushroom Caps, Stems Removed
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Light Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 4 Tbl Breadcrumbs
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the shredded turkey, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and cream cheese until well combined.
  • Spoon the turkey mixture into each mushroom cap and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
