1.5CupsCooked Shredded Turkey Breast
1/2CupG Hughes Barbecue Sauce
1/2CupFrozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2CupKraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1CupBiscuit Mix
Fresh Parsley, Garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey, BBQ sauce, and frozen vegetables until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 small ramekins.
In another bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions, then fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Spoon the cheddar biscuit dough on top of the turkey mixture in each ramekin. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
