Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 1/2 Cup G Hughes Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Biscuit Mix
  • Fresh Parsley, Garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix the shredded turkey, BBQ sauce, and frozen vegetables until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 small ramekins.
  • In another bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to package instructions, then fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon the cheddar biscuit dough on top of the turkey mixture in each ramekin. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
