Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 4 Cups Brussels Sprouts, Halved
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 3 Tbl Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • Fresh Parsley, for Garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the shredded turkey, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the balsamic to glaze the turkey and Brussels sprouts.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
