Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Shredded Turkey Breast
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Tbl Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbl Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbl Honey
  • Pinch Red Pepper Flakes, Optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey (if using), and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the shredded turkey and soy-ginger sauce to the skillet, tossing to coat. Cook until the turkey is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve the turkey and broccoli mixture over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
