Ingredients

  • 10 Cups Kale and Spinach
  • 2 Cups Cooked and Cooled Quinoa
  • 2 Cups Diced Mango Drained from Can
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Chunks Drained from Can
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers, Chopped
  • 2 Cups Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tsp Lime Zest
  • Sweet Lime Dressing (Linked in Post)

Instructions

  • Divide among 4 bowls. Enjoy!
