Ingredients

  • 8 Cups Mixed Greens
  • 2 Cups Shredded Purple/Red Cabbage
  • 1 Bag Shredded Carrots
  • 2 Large Bell Peppers, Sliced or Cubed
  • 3 Cups Edamame, Shelled
  • 1 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1.5 Cups Fresh Salted Peanuts, Left as is or Chopped
  • 4 Tbl White Sesame Seeds
  • Creamy Peanut Thai Dressing (Linked in Post)

Instructions

  • Divide among 4 Bowls. Enjoy!
