Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Peaches Ripe
  • 4 Fresh Heirloom Slicing Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Red Onion (Optional) Sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt/Fresh Cracked Black Pepper To Taste
  • Bunch Fresh Basil Torn

Instructions

  • Slice the peaches, heirloom tomatoes and onion (if using).
  • Add salt and fresh pepper to taste.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients in a mason jar and shake until combined.
  • Pour over the salad and serve.
