Ingredients

  • 2 Tbl Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Orgain Creamy Chocolate Fudge Powder (Link in Post)
  • 1 Tbl Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbl Lakanto Monkfruit Powder (Link in Post)
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbl Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbl Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Link in Post)
  • 2 Tbl Sugar Free Marshmallows (Link in Post)
  • 1 Tbl Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, monkfruit sweetener, and baking powder. Add the egg and almond milk, stirring until the batter is smooth. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the mug cake is set but still moist. Immediately place the sugar-free marshmallows on top of the warm cake. Microwave for an additional 5-10 seconds to melt the marshmallows. Sprinkle crushed low-carb graham crackers over the melted marshmallow topping. Serve immediately and enjoy your gooey, protein-packed treat!
