  • 12 Cups Romaine Lettuce or 4 Salad Bags
  • 2 Lbs Large Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
  • 2 Cups Fresh Crabmeat
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 2 Large Cucumbers, Sliced
  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
  • 1.5 Cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
