  • 3 Cups Prosecco (Chilled)
  • 2 Cups Raspberry Liqueur
  • 3 Cups Heavy Cream or Half and Half
  • 1 Cup Raspberries, Garnish
  • White Chocolate Shavings (Garnish)
  • Cool Whip or Whipped Cream (Garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large 8-quart punch bowl, combine prosecco, raspberry liqueur, and heavy cream. Stir gently to blend. Top the punch with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of white chocolate shavings. Serve with a ladle, pouring into glasses. Garnish each glass with a dollop of whipped cream, a couple of raspberries, and a few white chocolate shavings.
