Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, combine almond flour, vanilla protein powder, pistachio butter or ground pistachios, monkfruit sweetener, matcha powder (or food coloring), and baking powder. Add the egg and almond milk, stirring until the batter is smooth and vibrant. Ensure there are no lumps.
