Pineapple Coconut Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 3 Cups Coconut Rum
  • 2 Cups Dark Rum
  • 1 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Simple Syrup (adjust to your taste)
  • 3 Cups Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Cup Cranberries
  • 3 Limes. Sliced

Instructions

  • In a large 8-quart punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, coconut rum, dark rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir to blend well. Add fresh pineapple chunks, cranberries, and lime slices to the punch. Serve with a ladle, pouring into glasses. Garnish each glass with a few pineapple chunks and a slice of lime for a tropical touch.
