  • 2 Tbl Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Orgain Vanilla Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Orange Zest (Plus more for Topping)
  • 1 Tbl Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbl Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Vanilla Protein Whipped Topping Ingredients

  • 2 Tbl Sugar Free Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 Scoop Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine almond flour, vanilla protein powder, orange zest, monkfruit sweetener, and baking powder. Add the egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth and evenly mixed.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is set but still moist. Let it cool slightly. For the topping, mix sugar-free whipped cream or Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder until light and fluffy.
  • Add the topping to the mug cake and garnish with a little extra orange zest for a burst of color and flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, protein-packed treat!
