Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Orgain Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbl Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 2 Tsp Coconut Oil, Melted

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, and Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener.
  • Add the melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until smooth and fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough into 12 even-sized balls and place them on a plate.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving, or enjoy immediately. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
