  • 4 Cups Grilled Chicken Strips, Diced or left whole
  • 2 Large Yellow Peppers, Diced or Sliced
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 Large Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1.5 Cups Kalamata Olives, Pitted and Halved
  • 2 Cups Fat Free Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Dried Oregano, Optional
  • Lemon Zest, Optional
