Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Light Whipped Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1/2 Cup Lakanto Brown Sugar Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Cup Lily's No Sugar Added Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper cut. To cut into the shape of the pan, set heart shaped pan over the parchment paper and trace. Cut out and fit into pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat light butter, monkfruit sweeteners until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add in egg and vanilla and mix.
  • Add in flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt and mix well.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and spread cookie dough into prepared pan. 
  • Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown.  Cool completely.
  • This makes 8 servings. Each serving is 8 Weight Watchers Points.
