  • Almond Flour
  • Lily's Semi Sweet Baking Chips

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Land O' Lakes Light Whipped Butter Softened
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Ounces Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, unsweetened applesauce, Lakanto Sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually mix in the almond flour until you have a cookie dough consistency.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • This makes 4 servings (1/4 Cup Serving) and is 8 Weight Watchers Points. Enjoy!
