Healthy Raw Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

- 1/4 Cup Land O' Lakes Light Whipped Butter Softened
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/4 Cup Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
- 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Ounces Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, unsweetened applesauce, Lakanto Sweetener and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually mix in the almond flour until you have a cookie dough consistency.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
This makes 4 servings (1/4 Cup Serving) and is 8 Weight Watchers Points. Enjoy!
