Preheat oven to 350. Line a regular size loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the paper with vegetable cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine the honey, applesauce, Greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in the mashed bananas.
Add the dry ingredients into the yogurt bowl and mix well. Now add in the raspberries and sugar free chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top out. Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the loaf pan. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
This makes 6 thick chunky slices of bread. On Weight Watchers, each slice is 5 Points. Enjoy!
