Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Each Baking Powder AND Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/3 Cup ChocZero Keto Honey Substitute
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Free Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Large Eggs Beaten
  • 1.5 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Large Bananas that are VERY RIPE Mashed
  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Lily's Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray & Parchment Paper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Line a regular size loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the paper with vegetable cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine the honey, applesauce, Greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in the mashed bananas.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the yogurt bowl and mix well. Now add in the raspberries and sugar free chocolate chips. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top out. Bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the loaf pan. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
  • This makes 6 thick chunky slices of bread. On Weight Watchers, each slice is 5 Points. Enjoy!
