Ingredients

  • 2 Tbl Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Orgain Chocolate Powder
  • 1 Tbl Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1 Tbl Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbl Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbl Almond Butter

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, monkfruit sweetener, and baking powder. Add the egg and almond milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, or until the cake is set but still slightly gooey in the center. Let cool for 1-2 minutes.
